01 - General TermsPrices are subject to change based on demand.The prices displayed are not official but only the base prices and are adjusted based on the effort and quality the Artist puts into the project. Prices may be changed due to the additional fees and changes that the Client wants with discussions. The style of the work will not affect the pricing.I have the right to reject any order for any reason..02 - PaymentThe currency accepted is Euro and can be paid through PayPal invoice and Kofi.Full payment. I take full payment upfront for pieces to prevent scams.Partial payment. If needed Client can also pay the Artist by half for orders over 50€. The rest should be done before I can send you the complete version of the project..03 - Process & DeliveryThe time it takes to finish your commission varies from days to weeks, based on the days I've given, but also depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other inconveniences.The Artist will update the Client on the process of the workOnce the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product..04 - RevisionsYou get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.An additional fee will be added if you want changes to be done on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the amount of work on the changes you want me to make.If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge..05 - Copyright & UsageI reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (the customer/commissioner):You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.The following is considered copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.Claiming the artwork as your own.Altering the artwork without my consent.Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. Commercial use and other purposes will double the original cost.The Client owns the work once the Client has paid for it in full. The Client will be the sole owner of it after doing so. The Client can modify, share, or destroy the work as they please. The work is not allowed to be used for selling or made profit out of it without paying for commercial use to the Artist.The work can be used in the Artist's portfolio and posted on social media. Unless the Client explicitly tells otherwise not to use it.The Artist is not allowed to sell the artwork to make money or for any other use..06 - Cancellation & Refund policyThe buyer is not allowed a refund once the commission has been started.If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.The kill fee for canceling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission's price. The client then receives the work as is.If the buyer wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the buyer can be issued a refund but agrees to pay the kill fee.
